Hoodies are the category where the sheet earns its keep. The size charts here are usually transcribed from the retail product page, and the rows carry the fabric weight so you can tell a 380 g loopback from a 280 g thin knit.
The failure mode is not the fit. It is shrinkage after the first wash, which the sheet cannot show you and the seller will not mention.

Shrinkage you only see after the first wash
Cotton loopback can lose 2–4% in length. On a cropped hoodie that is the difference between a fit and a crop top.

Ribbed cuffs that look tight in photos
Cuff ribbing is often wider than the sleeve, which reads as a cuff that will not stay up. Ask for a photo of the cuff stretched.

Heavyweight claims with no gram figure
Anything above 400 g is genuinely heavy. If the row says "heavyweight" with no number, treat it as marketing.

How I keep this tab short
- Prefer rows with a fabric weight in g/m²; the number is the product.
- Size up one if the piece is 100% cotton and you plan to tumble dry.
- Check the cuff and hem ribbing in the QC photo, not just the chest print.
FAQ
Hoodies questions
Are the hoodie sizes on the sheet accurate?
More accurate than any other tab, because the charts are usually copied from the retail product page. Measure a hoodie you already own and compare length, chest and sleeve.
What fabric weight should I look for?
Around 380–420 g/m² for a proper loopback hoodie. Below 320 g it will feel like a long-sleeve tee; above 450 g it becomes stiff and slow to break in.
How much will a hoodie shrink?
Expect 2–4% in length for 100% cotton after a warm wash and tumble dry. If the piece is already cropped, size up.
