T-shirts: the cheapest way to learn how this sheet works
Eighteen tees, most under $30, and the fastest category to learn the workflow on — a bad tee costs $15, not $90, so the mistakes are cheap and the lessons transfer.

Tees are where I would start if this is your first order. The QC decisions are the same as on a jacket — print, collar, stitch — but the downside is small enough that you can afford to be wrong once.
The two variables that matter are fabric weight and print method. The sheet records both where the seller states them, and marks the rest as unconfirmed.

Prints that crack after three washes
A DTG print on a 160 g tee looks fine on arrival. Ask which print method was used; plastisol and DTG age very differently.

Collar ribbing that stretches out
The collar is the first thing to fail. Check the rib width in the QC photo — anything under 1 cm will stretch.

Boxy fits that read as oversized online
Boxy is a cut, oversized is a size. The sheet marks boxy cuts separately so you do not size up twice.

How I keep this tab short
- Under 180 g/m², treat the tee as a pyjama top, not a going-out shirt.
- Ask for the print method before ordering a graphic tee.
- Match shoulder width on boxy cuts instead of chest.
FAQ
T-shirts questions
What is the cheapest reliable item on the sheet?
A plain heavyweight tee. The category has the smallest price gap to retail but also the lowest loss if something goes wrong, which makes it the best test order.
Do the printed tees use licensed artwork?
Assume they do not unless the seller states it. The sheet flags graphic tees with third-party artwork so you know what you are buying.
How do I check a tee in QC?
Photograph the collar rib, the inside of the print at an angle, and the hem stitch. Those three shots catch most of what goes wrong.
